The Italian Institute of Welding (IIS) and SIDER TEST
have combined their know-how made up of competence, technology and international experience to give life to a new specialized laboratory for tests in hydrogen environment under pressure up to 1500 bar.

Different testing facilties to perform a wide range of tests in hydrogen environment up to 1500 bar:
long-term tests
(1000 hours or 5000 hours)
static tests (fracture mechanics or slow strain rate tensile tests)
cyclic tests (fatigue or determination of fatigue crack growth rate)
testing on hollow
or tubular specimens
